Buffalo mid blue-black med Fruit is used fresh and for juice.  Vines are winter hardy.
Delaware mid red small Fruit is used fresh and for juice, jam, jelly, and wine.  Delaware is attractive to birds, so this cultivar should be netted.  Moderately winter hardy.
Concord late blue-black med Fruit is used fresh and for juice, jam, jelly and wine.  Concord is particularly good for use in arbors since it is disease resistant, very winter hardy, and not attractive to birds.
Catawba late red large Fruit is used fresh and for juice and wine.  Very winter hardy.
Norton/Cynthiana late black small

Fruit is used for premium red wine in Missouri.  Plants may be difficult to obtain.  Disease resistant and moderately winter hardy.

Mars early blue-black medium

Fruit is used fresh.  Vines are moderately winter hardy.

Reliance early red large Fruit is used fresh, for juice, and for home dried raisins.  Fruit is attractive to birds, so this cultivar should be netted.  Vines are moderately winter hardy.
Marquis mid white large Very large berries on large clusters.  Not fully tested in Missouri, but worthy of trial.

Seyval blanc mid white large Fruit is used for white wine.
Vidal blanc mid white large Fruit is used for white wine.  Vines are moderately winter hardy.
Chambourcin mid-late black large Fruit is used for red wine.  Moderately cold tender and best adapted to southern Missouri.
Cayuga White mid-late white large Fruit is used for white wine.  Vines are moderately winter hardy.
