'Ozark Gold' Apple Released from the

('Golden Delicious' X ('Conard' X 'Delicious'))
'Ozark Gold' is an early
'Golden Delicious' type. The
quality is good. It has a 'Golden Delicious' shape but is blemish free and
develops a more golden skin color. It matures two weeks earlier than 'Golden
Delicious'. The tree type is good with wide branch angles and
moderate vigor. It tends toward alternate bearing. Introduced 1970.
