Establishment
Plants
were set on May 25 - 26, 2006. Herbaceous perennials were spaced 12" X
12" in 3 rows per bed or 30 plants per plot. Woody perennials were
spaced in a single row 3' apart or 3 plants per plot.

Plants were watered in
after planting and trickle irrigation was set up using 15mil T-tape.
Landscape
fabric was used between rows and covered with a bark mulch.

One-half inch electrical conduit was bent (Joe Schmitt technique
demonstrated at the Wisconsin Cut Flower Growers' School in 2006) and used
to support Hortanova netting
