The Classroom Building, formerly the Director's Residence, is among the original buildings of the Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station at Mountain Grove. The structure is a distinctive example of the Shingle Style popular in the early 1900's.
Presently the structure houses The Mid-America Viticulture and Enology Center offices on the ground level and affords student housing upstairs.
