We have constructed a cDNA library of Norton young leaf tissue. Single-read sequencing of 192 clones from 5’-end identified 121
non-redundant expressed sequence tags (ESTs). Initial BLAST search results
are listed in Table
1 and Table 2. Preliminary functional annotation is summarized in
Table
3.
